The Heart Care Center was founded in 1995 by Russell Silverman, M.D.,
F.A.C.C. To serve Central New York, we have an office located in the CNY
Family Care Medical Center in East Syracuse, New York.
The Heart Care Center's goal is to create an open, patient-oriented
environment. Our office is crafted with the intention to foster an
informed patient-provider relationship. The staff of the
Heart Care Center
is ready to assist in achieving this practice goal by providing
extensive cardiology services such as a risk factor modification and
counseling, in-office diagnostic testing, a highly trained staff
that have been involved with national and international studies that
can provide patients with cutting edge care and technology.
Our many clinics, including the
device clinic, lipid management clinic, anticoagulation clinic, and
weight management clinic all assist in keeping your well being our
primary concern.
