The Heart Care Center was founded in 1995 by Russell Silverman, M.D., F.A.C.C.   To serve Upstate New York, we have an office located in the CNY Family Care Medical Center in East Syracuse, New York. 

The Heart Care Center's goal is to create an open, patient-oriented environment.   Our office is crafted with the intention to foster an informed patient relationship.  Its staff is ready to assist in achieving this practice goal by providing extensive cardiology services such as a risk factor modification and counseling, in-office diagnostic testing, a highly trained staff involved with national and international studies that provide patients with cutting edge care and technology, and many clinics such as pacemaker/defibrillator clinic, Coumadin clinic, and lipid clinic.
